Each session in this series will include:

  • a gathering prayer

  • a 20-minute scripture-based talk on one essential of spiritual health by Dr. Paul Burns.

  • a group discussion with reflection questions designed to bring a deeper awareness of one’s spiritual health.

  • a spiritual health practice to help you to grow in each aspect of spiritual health

  • a prayer for healing and growth
